Preface

Inner Peace

We numbered the paragraphs in sections: We added the Bali festival. People achieve their inner peace differently. Inner peace is important at any stage in life and people go about getting their inner peace in different ways. Some find it Buddhism or in Islam, others in Jesus Christ or the Catholic Church. Some find their inner peace in Judaism or Mormonism. There are many ways and many religions where you can find your inner peace at any stage in your life.

(Section 1) We do not all live in an ideal world. In addition, for some people the world is made challenging by television, radio and news and when this goes bad, like it has gone bad, it is a sign that humans in charge of these things have failed in their evolution as humans, businesses people, professionals and or governors. Middle school terrorists and professional atheists with serious mental problems exist and still want to control many things. They have created great poverty. They have created great disparity and a world which is an illusion. By our most recent intelligence they do not look to letup until they are subdued completely by the forces of Providence which by now psychologist and scientists, who were former atheist, must agree do exist.

(Section 2) Once terrorism is fully subdued and we have perfect control and are cooperating in each nation, we will have some republics or administrative governments which will require the people to live in [a] state of welfare. A welfare state is not necessarily a communist state. It can be called an administrative monarchy or something positive which does not connect it to communism, socialism or the corrupted democracy. Inside a welfare state humans must cooperate with each other and with government which will work to train them [in] the industries which are needed most in the nation, provide schooling, housing and recreational activity for them while the nation works towards their national long term goals because it is not a good idea to remain in a welfare state forever, unless the people really want this. You cannot deny the people what they want, but dictators can be denied and will be denied.

(Section 3) Inside these welfare states, which are mostly communist, we have many humans each in less than ideal developmental stages. In corrupted democracies and socialists nations, many humans whose lives are less than ideal, also exists. And so this paradigm today addresses any human unsatisfied in their current life’s stage.

(Section 4) In Directive Developmental Psychology we created a development paradigm for children. Now we shall create one by which an adult can measure themselves

Education, health, self development, inner peace, work, recreation & helping others: are themes and steps: which are important to a person at every stage of their life. For people who have neglected their life, they can apply this paradigm to their lives at any age: If you find yourself in your thirties or forties without a satisfactory education, job or purpose for your life, work the steps:

Planning: entering back into life at any stage requires planning. Social workers, friends and family and many people can help you with planning.
Education: You are never to old to get your education
Health: It is important to maintain good health at every stage of your life.
Self development: When taking this step at any age, define the goals you want to achieve. After you have achieved them, work on learning something new always stimulating your mind adds to your personality.
Inner peace: People who are late starters in life should find solutions, religious or spiritual, to maintain their inner peace and make sure they maintain their inner peace so it is not disturbed.
Work: At every stage of life it is important to work and find purpose in your work-
Helping others: When we help others no matter how good bad life has gone for us we often find the solutions for our own problems
Family & Friends Social cohesion is important at every stage of your life
Recreation: Recreation is how you reward yourself. (Movies, the arts, sporting events, travel, reading, amusements.

NHD: stage 1: Ages 18-30: Planning, education, health, work & recreation: In an ideal life, where I grew up, young men and women graduate high school at age 18. They then are encouraged to go to college. Those who follow an ideal course in their lives graduate college in 4 years with a bachelors degree then they look for a job. Some even work while studying. At age 22, you enter into the job market or continue on school to get your masters degree, then a doctors of degree. Ideally you can finish a superior education by the time your 30 and even gain some work experience. By this time you would have attended sporting and cultural events and social gatherings and found a solution for your spiritual development or you might even have attended church or religious services which match your life with family, friends and environment. By this time you might even found someone you want to marry.

NHD: stage 2:Ages 30-40: Education, health, self development, inner peace, work, recreation & helping others:, Planning, finding a spouse, having and raising children are usually attained in these years.

NHD: Stage 3: Ages 40-60: Education, health, self development, inner peace, work, recreation & helping others: Health issues, planning, retirement issues, children, grandchildren.

NHD: Stage 3: Ages 60-90 and beyond: Education, health, self development, inner peace, work, recreation & helping others: planning, health issues, retirement issues, children , grandchildren, friends and family may help you in this stage.

At any time in your life you can start the steps. They will require additional thinking and different types of planning depending at what stage you pick up your life. Education is fundamental to your self esteem. If you are a frustrated artist make sure not to destroy your art and have someone help you organize your art so you and others can appreciate it and also because your art is directly connected to your self esteem esteem.
